Some things make you say "WTF?"

Wawa makes the best hoagies! And you don't even need to communicate with another human being to order one! Human beings are just the worst.
WaWa makes shit food...

Fight me!

Gerbil with 6 legs ?
Back when they first came out my wife, a nurse of 40 years, looked up the ingredients of the McRib. She then, under threat of violent bodily harm, forbad me to ever eat one.
They were apparently made from what one would call the "waste" parts of a pig, not something you would eat.
I guess it's like week old roadkill....add enough spice and flavorings and you could make it taste like a rib eye.
So it's made from the same things as hot dogs are?

So I'm guessing you're also banned from eating scrapple?

Several years ago we found some hot dogs at Whole Foods, called Mighty Good Dogs. Pasture raised uncured all beef hot dogs. The best dogs I've ever eaten, and that includes Nathans which I grew up on in Fla. Great cop food as you can eat em, drive, and answer the radio at the same time.
I'm just picky about certain foods and given a choice will hunt out the best stuff.
Don't get me wrong...I am definitely not a snob....I grew up in Louisiana on red beans and rice cause thats all we could afford. You could feed a family of 5 for $1.00.
Now, we get whatever we want...only have a few good years left and I plan on enjoying them.

I love me some Hebrew national hot dogs. I don't exactly know what kosher is or what makes a hebrew national hot dog kosher, but them is some tasty dogs.

I had red beans and rice for supper. No way you're gonna feed a family of 5 for a dollar these days.

Kosher is referring to the way the meat was obtained, from when the cow is slaughtered to the way the meat is prepared, and it's done under strict Jewish Law and supervised by a Rabbi.
Heb Nat dogs are all beef...no pork or by-products are even allowed in the same building.
I used to eat them, alot, till we found the Whole Foods brand...even better.

This was back in the 50's and early 60's.....
Eggs for breakfast, bologna sandwiches for lunch, red beans n rice for dinner.
Dad would take me fishing along the Mississippi River for fish, and Pontchartrain Lake to try and snag some crab or shrimp, which all went into the dinner pot during the week.

I've only been to a whole foods once in my life. I wanted some black garlic.

The nightmare still haunts me...

We only go there occasionally to stock up on the dogs, some fresh breakfast sausage, and their cheese....they have a huge selection, and I love cheese.

Their loose breakfast sausage is awesome. Try their jalapeño bacon some time.

I've eaten just about every part of a hog that can be eaten (souse anyone?), same with cattle, but I wouldn't eat a McRib. In fact, I ordered one year's ago and threw it away. I was raised to never throw food away, but that wasn't food.

Thats what I get, the loose sausage links. Chunk up some left over baked potato onions n pepper for home fries....great breakfast.

Yeah, if you look at one before you eat it, and what comes out your tush after you've eaten one, well, there's not much difference ! ;missingteeth;

You people are all insane...

The mcrib may not be healthy, or even fully classifiable as actual food. But they are delicious.
