You really can't make this shit up. I ordered 4 tires online from Walmart this passed Friday. So,,, One came today, one may come Tonite and the other 2 are coming on Wednesday. Are they F... G kidding me. All from FedEx, so What's up with the Logistics here.

Scratching my head. :unsure::fie::icon_bounceblue:

And when you speak to a customer support rep, there's some real serious accent issues. I can barely understand her. Methinks Phillipines. 😠

What's my next move....

These 31/10.5/15 tires are really F...g heavy. Maybe that's why they are shipping them separately. šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚

I can't......Sorry for Venting, my bad.

You get what you pay for..... why are you even questioning things that happen at Walmart? There is no sense in getting mad at them when it was your choice to shop there and if you end up with four tires in the end, who cares?

My wife had them change her headlight bulbs last week when she got new tires and they put the bulbs in crooked. They were pointed at the sky. I just had to shake my head and laugh.

that is a cost thing and inventory actuals. 31 10.5 15 tires at one point were ubiquitous.....now they are unique.

I ordered some super swampers ....errrr..rather.....I tried to order some super swampers through walmart....needed a 42 in irok.

thought it was gonna save some money. no. ended up cancelling after 60 days with no tire. and after shopping around they were high by nearly 100 dollars as well.

FedEx is the problem. They WILL NOT deliver an entire set of tires at once... literally.

I buy at least one set of tires a year, and they usually come FedEx. One set of tires took those idiots FOUR trips to my house. Two on one day, another came the next, and the last one came 2 days after that.

That being said.. the set of tires I put on the bronco I ordered through the Walmart app and it was easy peasy.. and CHEAP.. picked them up in store though.

I ordered a set of 4 tires through Amazon and they all came together. 245/65-15 or something though, not real big. Came as two pairs banded together.

I ordered a set of 5 tires for my dodge through Sams club, same supply chain as wally world. Picked those up at the store though. Only problem was they were really confused why I would want 5 tires. Same as when I ordered 10 spark plugs from Napa, they called to confirm I actually wanted 10, then asked me again when I went to pick them up. "Got ten cylinders, needs ten spark plugs"........ "oh"..........

Amazon... all one day... 5 of them and these arent small.

Over the last ~20yrs, I've bought tires online from WalMart, Amazon, Ebay, DiscountTires, BigO,...
then have a local tire shop mount & balance.
Typically they've delivered in two bundles of two tires each; sometimes together, sometimes 3 days apart.
Bigger\heavier the tire , the more likely UPS\FedEx\... will only ship them seperately.
Did have one set come in a bundle of two, then one, then another, over three days; dont recall the vendor.
Patience.

First of all, go ahead and vent. We can handle it and most of us have been in your shoes.

Now, for the tires... Maybe Walmart ordered them from RockAuto and didn't pay attention to the little lettered truck icons.

Because they said the tires were coming all together, set of 4. And FWIW I have purchased tires before online with no issues, and have saved $ubstantially. This is the first time I'm getting tires on all different dates. I get them balanced and mounted for $15 at a friend's shop, a no brainer. So,,,,next time I'll use Amazon. What a shit show this was.

fed ex has delivered 4 39.5 tires to me before in one shot. but usually....they come seperate. likely has to do with delivery schedule and space.

amazon with my 36 in tires had a special truck with a little lift thing and they were on a pallet. all of my military tires i usually have docked and pick em up so they are always palletized.

I bought a set of Walmart tires online for my car a couple of years ago and scheduled installation at the same store as the in store pickup. After the installation, they started emailing me incessantly about needing to pick them up. Never was able to successfully communicate to Walmart that I was driving around on them. After a week or so, they cancelled my order and refunded.
