Slip yoke aftermarket part available?????

Looking for help on replacing my slip yoke on my truck. I called Ford and they told me that the part is no longer manufactured and gave me the Ford part number, and it comes up bone dry on a google search and nothing I can find in here either. The part number I was given was F0T04841D. The only aftermarket comparison I can find is a Scott Drake slip yoke sold on summit racing with a universal part number of C3AZ-4841-D however this seems to be listed for the Ford Mustang. Is it possible that they share the same yoke?

If it's the same diameter and spline you may have to get a hybrid u joint but it should fix the problem.
