I had used the forums here for information for years but never joined. I am 30 years old with a 1992 ford ranger 2.3 5spd rc short bed. It is calypso green. This was my first vehicle, I received it as a gift from my grandfather at 14 years old. I have had many vehicles in my 14 years of driving, over 30 actually. This is the only vehicle I have every kept and will keep. The truck has spent the first years as a street truck, lowered a bit and sitting on mustang wheels. Then I bought a mustang, then the truck received a 3 inch body lift and 31x10.50 tires, that scrubbed awfully. once the 31's were worn out I purchased 235/75-15 mud dawgs, at this point the truck has sat for many years. I hauled trash here and there. But mostly sat. I started buying lift parts for it, I wanted a 4 inch suspension lift. I was in oreilly auto parts one day and someone had returned a daystar 2 inch lift, they had it on clearance for $3.69 so it was mine. Then found a brand new 5 inch procomp lift on craigslist, brand new in the box for $250. So now the truck sits 10 1/2 inches higher and has 35 inch boggers.

I have put electric fans on the truck, 3 inch body lift, 7.5 inches of suspension lift,5.13 gears, locker,header,2.5 inch exhaust,35 boggers, 2.5 inch cowl hood, roll pan, eagle alloy wheels, ram power grip clutch, cold air intake and tons more.

The truck has 178,000 miles on it, engine has 90,000 miles and it has never let me down,(engine was swapped from local ford dealership not tightening the oil plug).

So I figured I would introduce myself as I am sure to be scavenging and maybe adding some info on here.
