I bought another one, after giving up my last one just over a year ago.
Previous one was a very stock 2002 supercab 4x4 offroad model, 4.0 auto. Sold it in favor of driving a 2024 Mustang Mach E as the daily driver. The Splash will be my fourth now I think.
Found out I could search facebook marketplace without a facebook account recently. That was a mistake. Instantly found a 1993 Ranger splash, 4.0 manual 2wd in blue. Yep, I bought it.
Has body damage(T-boned in the passenger door), salvage title. Don't care too much, it's workable. I want to V8 swap it eventually.
I got it with some SVT Cobra wheels the PO had picked up, as well as another door (the pillar/cab needs work to make it fit though) with it.
It seems to have a muffler delete done on it already, as the tip comes out the side right behind the cat, I believe. There could be a resonator or something still inline? Haven't looked too hard at it yet.
