Is there any way to turn off the seat belt chime? Like when your belt isnt on and it beeps. My brother said there was some sequence that turned ito off. Any help appreciated/

Find the wires at the bottom of the seatbelt where it bolts to the floor. Jump the 2 wires with a paperclip or a short piece of wire.

i know on mine theres a connector by the e-brake pedal, under the dash. i pulled that and it no longer sounds.

I just unplugged the wires under the seat in my '94 F150 and didn't bother to put a jumper in.

On my '93 Ranger I couldn't figure out whether it was the seatbelt, the ignition or the door, but something was out of whack and it kept chiming whether the key was in the ignition or not and sometimes while driving down the road.

I followed the sound to a box under the dash in the center and unplugged the whole thing at the source. Just be careful b/c now there'll be no warning for seatbelt, headlight left on, key left in ignition, or door ajar.

That's why you jump the 2 wires!
