Im not sure if I am posting in the correct area, please relocate if necessary. I have an SCT XCAL2 that is VIN locked from my wife's 2003 F150 that got totaled. Can this be sent to somebody to be unlocked and tunes put on it for my son's 2001 4.0 4x4 Ranger? TIA...
