I am finished with Rock Auto. I ordered some rotors for my 1970 BMW without the discount. When they arrived, they were totally different than my original rotor. I contacted them and went through their auto question system. They decided that since the manufacture said the rotors would fit, Rock Auto was not at fault. They said they would give me a refund if I would pay to have them returned. I filed a dispute with me CC company and won. I got a refund.

A few weeks later I ordered an air filter for my Bronco, and they said my account was locked because of the dispute. They would only unlock it if I cancelled the dispute and return the rotors at my cost. I told them I would do business elsewhere and would return the rotors if they sent me a paid shipping label. Otherwise, I would scrap the rotors and would go elsewhere for everything I need.
