The lady was just all pissed that a bunch of "rednecks" got together to spam Tuff Country's page. What a loser. At least we weren't directly calling anybody derogatory names.

I think my "diehard skyjacker fan" comment really sent someone over the edge lol

look at the bottom of the pic, where the file name is.. it has their part # for the BOX KIT!!


where here is an email i just sent their customer service. i was trying to be as nice as possible..

I have a serious question about what kind of customer service y'all have at Tuff Country...
I'm sure you know that there is a lot of things being said over on The Ranger Station about the box kit y'all sell for the Ranger's. The part number 24860 to be exact. I know that your webpage has been updated to say "Note: Coils Springs not included in box kit, sold separately. See chart above."
But that was not there when all of this started. Or are you going to say that all of us missed it? Even if we did miss it, what about the Bill of Materials that are listed for the BOX KIT?

see at the bottom? were it has www.tuffcountry.com/newfiles/24860.pdf ?? well that is the same part number of the kit that ajmiller (from TRS) bought yet his does not include coil springs like the list says. Is there an answer to this?

And then we try to comment on facebook about it, and all of our comments are removed????? really? and we can't even comment on their anymore. I don't know if the company had something to do with this, or if we were just marked as spam. Some lady said we were spamming your facebook. Which we were not!

Also, you want to charge ajmiller $100 to return the kit? and that's not even the shipping?

Look, I could care less personally for me. I have a Rough Country kit and love it, at least they have great customer service. But come on, for the image of your company I hope something decent happens out of all this.

So what do you think is y'alls best option here? I think you need to get some customer service out there, make this one right. and update everything! not just add a note to the page about coil springs not included.

Hey guys, check out the file name of this picture I definitely see a couple coil springs in there

And in the instructions to install that kit they detail how to install the coils, it says it doesn't come with shocks but that's it. If they were phasing out shipping the kits with coils and this order just so happened to go through before they switch over all there materials, it really would not be that expensive for them to give you a set of coils to rectify the situation. Then they could do their things and you would be another happy customer. But instead they've got a bunch of pissed off Ranger owners on the biggest Ranger forum on the net. Nice job Tuff Country, it's a shame because I was thinking about going a little higher on my truck...

Thank you 4.0 B2. Thank you so much. i will be giving them another call tomorrow and tell them i have reciepts to prove i bought the kit, and tell them i need coils. Im sure they will get them to me considering this is already over the web. If they dont, im posting my screenshots and this thread over other 4x4 enthusiasts websites.
