It's that Sport Trac mentality where Ford thinks people want SUVs with a little bed on the back.

'Tremor' seems to be the new cash cow for Ford where they give everything a 'Tremor' package so they can charge more money for it.

I imagine at some point Ford will petition the government to not let people perform suspension modifications for 'safety reasons' and force people to purchase vehicles with 'off-road packages.'

Toyota does offer a 6' bed with a crew cab... but it is basically special order.

SUV pricing is rediculous.

My wife was making noise about an Expedition. They friggen start at $72k for a new one. A crew cab F-150 starts at almost half that.

Trade the third row for an open air cargo bay and literally save like $20-30k.

And the truck will hold its value better...
