Remove WHAT to raise cab???

I need to jack up my cab to replace all body mount bushings. I have removed all six bolts retaining my 6 cab mount bushings. I used a home made puller to pull the bottom bushings down and out. Before I jack up the cab to make enough room to remove the top pieces of the cab mount bushings, do I need to remove or loosen anything else? Seat belt floor bolts? Any wires, cables or lines? Looks like I need to raise the cab about 2 inches or so, and I don't want to start jacking and damage anything that needs to be removed or loosened. Please advise.
 
The only thing I can tjink of is brake lines. I don't think they will have enough give for that. You'll need to look at any wire connections to the cab. I think most are in the engine bay but check around the transmission just to be sure. In anycase, I think those will have enough slack. Check them all anyway just to be sure as you start the lift.

Oh! The steering colum will need to be disconnected and the line from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder may need to be disconnected.
 
Thanks. For some odd reason the various YouTube tutorials on removing cab mount bushings don't mention loosening or removing anything other than the six cab mount bolts. With cab mount bolts removed, they put the jack adjacent to the bushing they are removing, raise the cab enough to remove the bushing and then move to the next bushing location and jack again. It's odd that none of those tutorials mention removing or loosening anything else before raising the cab by each bushing. I want to make sure I do it right so I don't damage anything.
 
I'd also disconnect the battery main cables, and pay attention to the speedometer cable. Just 2 inches you probably won't need to disconnect the speedo cable, but there is a holding clip underneath on the cab bottom that the cable can be unclipped from to add some slack when you lift the cab.

Yeah, you might be ok but it's better to take some time and make sure so it doesn't get more expensive than it already is. I don't like testing the tensile strength of things if I can help it.
 
For just replacing bushings, the only thing that will be a potential issue is the e-brake cable. Just lift it enough to change the bushings. Everything else should have a little slack.
 
I know that many folks have done a 1 inch body lift and have disconnected nothing.

Really depends how far you need to lift it to get the body mount out.
 
I only needed to lift about 1/2 in to get the old mounts out and new ones in. Now the rear driver's side corner had to come up farther, but that was because it was sagging from having been missing for several years.
 
my 2005 did have a safety cable attached to the seat belt bolts and it wrapped around something, there was plenty of extra cable.
