Recommendations on keeping my fm-145 w/ a 5.0 swap

I am getting back into my ranger and I need to know if the fm-145 thats in it will hold up over time with a 5.0 infront of it?

It went even bolt to a 5.0 let alone there ever being an adaptor. And even if you could, it would hold up for about 10 minutes then be a pile of scrap.

There was once an adapter made for that but the best advice is don't try to use it
