Hello! I have a ‘99 XLT and ain’t no one sitting in the rear seats. Anyone have any cool storage builds for theirs?

If you have a four door cab... cool option possibilities increase.

I find that space in my 2 door super cab damn near useless.

It is unbelievable for seat upgrades, nothing improves the driving experience like the most comfortable seats on the market.

I dont know that pictures exist any longer but I had built a plywood box for behind the drivers seat for tools & a small floor jack for my beloved (but long gone) ‘93 s/c. Still have the box though, its out in the garage. Give me a few & I will backsearch my posts from over 10 years ago to see if I can find anything, If I do I will edit this & post screenshots.
EDIT:
well- nothing. I know I posted about it but its nowhere to be found. Back in that day I used photobucket, we all know what happened with that. I do still have that box, its in the garage on the bench, I ran out & got a picture of it, as you might be able to tell the bottom back side has a notch that fits the hump along the back cab wall. Being short I made it as long as I could for the most space, only bad thing is the seat would no longer recline with it there & obviously no one taller than me could drive the truck since the seat couldn’t be adjusted back. (but thats not really a problem) Odd that I still have it, That truck was retired almost 10 years ago, haven’t had a supercab since.

That's exactly the kind of thing I was thinking about doing. Right now mine holds tools, but I'd like to be able to sit stuff on top (like groceries)
