So changed the manualtransmission mount . Now it’s bogging down an seems like it’s skipping. What are some reasons it would do this ? And what are the fixes? It’s seems to idle a rev fine and runs okay in gear at high rpm’s but hates low rpm and being in gear. But idles in gear fine. Is a possible vacuum leak for being pinched or something …. Need help asap please and thanks

Make sure the sparkplug wires are not rubbing somewhere. They love to rub through over near the heater box, and can rub through going to the coil on the driver's side fender. That would cause a miss-fire.

So it ran fine before changing your transmission mount? Did you touch anything else? Disconnect the battery or anything?

Check your O2 sensor wiring/plug. That runs kinda down around that area. Especially if the symptoms dont exist untill the engine gets warm.

If its shorting out chances are its dumping fuel which would cause bogging at lower RPMS
