Ranger vs. BroncoII rear axle

I recently purchased a stock 1991 Ranger 2wd, with the four banger and 3.08gears. I have a complete BroncoII axle for spare with 3.73 gears, so I start to think about to swap the axles, just by the lower gears. For me is easy to do, far easier than dial in a ring and pinion set.

Is the BroncoII axle a direct bolt on swap?

Checking the tech library, it shows the right Ranger axleshaft is shorter than the BroncoII one, so can I figure the entire axle is shorter on the right side?

Thankyou in advance.

The spring perch spacing is slightly wider on the B2, you can force it to bolt up but I would recommend you weld new perches in the correct position.
