Ranger Sport Honduras official build thread

my switch tried to burn my truck down when i first got my truck, it was due to the fact when the truck was brand new it went through the ice and blew bubbles for a few days in houghton lake...some damage you can not undo without replacing alot of items. hidden damage like wiring is a headache in a half

its been on a three way toggle and relays ever since.

ohh i get it now.
i think ill just buy a new switch.
thanks for the tip.
what u think about my shaft idea?

i think you should mail me your truck.:D

mmmmm.

define done:D

Here's the plan :headbang:
I'll leave the rear part of my shaft as it is
then I'll cut it and add the exdentable thing to it. :icon_welder:
I'm taking the t case rear output flange so they make a new flange that matches it to go on the front of the driveshaft.
(Yawn) Somebody wake me up when this is over-
Don't forget to take LOTSA pixs of shaft at machine shop !!

haha i cant promise pics, since i wont be there doing it.
i just want it to be done soon enough.

OK, the rear drive is finally done.
i had planned to install the 4wd trans tomorrow, but the machine shop guy came up with a great idea for making a front one without getting parts ordered from the States.
We will have to use parts of a Toyota front driveshaft, but i dont mind that.
ill update that when we get some work done.

For now, here we have the rear driveshaft building pics.

Cutting the slip yoke form the old driveshaft
