lol theyre coming. Ive got the engine parts all cleaned up. Block prepped and painted. Heads tore apart, ported, cleaned prepped and painted. Started prepping intakes. Doing all this as I am still waiting on my next 100' of tube...should be here this week. Ive been stupid busy lately, and getting my house ready for winter, so house chores take priority. Keep looking, will post something this weekend.

upper intake, note I gave the 5.0 badge a quick polish

and timing cover

dash is tore out for cage building

and holes cut in cab for halo

Tube work next weekend hopefully.

looks good. i think you should go over the 5.0, ford logo and HO with the same orange color, then go back and sand off the paint so just the recessed parts are orange

I like those supports for the jack stands in the background. Do they work well? Are those regular ol' 2x4 or some sort of hardwood? Truck is lookin awesome!

2x4's, aka cribbing... Often used to support buildings when being moved. Cheap, easy to make and light. I've got about 20 18" tall ones kicking around I got at an auction for $80.

Yes, many vapours were made this weekend, especially following the trip to Wendy's

Thanks man, stop by and check it out with snoop sometime if you want. Theyre just regular old spruce 2x4's cut and screwed together, works great.

Yep cribbing it is, works great for everything.


Should have tube today, but wont be able to touch it for a while. Also ordered a Terminator High Pressure Oil Pump for the Duty, she's not starting so good now that its cold, and I just put 8 new glow plugs and Stancor glow plug relay.
