radiator bubbling/ no headlights

88ranger xlt 4wd 5 speed warms up to operating temp n starts bubbling. Small crack by radiator cap and bulged lower hose. Block tested and no combustion leak. Any ideas? Also lights came on once and never came back on trfyed replacing and still didn't work. Truck was parked for 11 years 36k on motor and 80k on truck. On my droid so ill.

Stuck thermostat from sitting? My B2 sat for 6 years and it took months to get all the bugs worked out. Good luck.

Found small crack in neck of radiator and only running water so fixed it
