Quick reply box?

Ive noticed on certain parts of the forum the quick reply box is gone. Not a huge deal just wondering if its a glitch or by design?

Seems like about every board but the GD. Ill psy more attention and report back. This reply was written without it.

Ok. I'm using the quick reply box to respond.

I see a quick reply under every post in every forum. Maybe you closed the box. But you would still see a blue bar that says 'Quick Reply' with an arrow at the opposite end to open it.
