Proof ford doesnt understand wheel locks...

@Ranger850 I agree that the lug nut thing is absurd and I believe many of us can agree on that But for go fast there is the mustang so they do cater to the speed freaks but those speed freaks, the majority of them, do it in a car not a truck. So in reality they do have both market covered since the truck speed world is still rather small compared to cars.

my voice pattern on the ford locking lug nuts: ?

It doesn't matter what the pattern on the "locking" nut is. I had 2 sockets in my office that would remove them without a key, kind of like a stud remover or an inside out easy out. You'd tap it onto the end of the lug nut, plug in a 1/2" impact and zip off the nut. People who would steal wheels can buy the sockets from Snap On and use an electric impact anywhere. They slide under vans and trucks with cordless sawzalls and steal cats without even jacking them up. I'll bet the knucklehead who invented stop/start was involved, I'm pretty sure the guy who brought us the Probe is retired by now.

So what happens when you loose the key? How do you get it replaced?

you use a large set of these to remove them:

These just happen to be the smaller common sizes from Craftsman.
