Project Adventure Ranger: 95 Ranger Build

sick build, cant believe ive missed this thread. too bad i didnt see this truck before i left HSU. youll have to come down south and wheel with us. this has gotta be one of the cleanest budget builds ive ever seen.

I now have 3 wheel peel.

Locker is in. Checked B/L and pattern while the cover was off and everything was good.

Ruffstuff cover painted and installed. It's definitely a stout cover, but it didn't clear the main caps when I first tried tightening it up. Bolts where getting tight and the cover was not sucked up, thought it was warped. Pulled it back off and there was a gouge where the main cap had dug into the inside of the cover. Called Ruffstuff and was told to grind the inside of the cover till it fits. I've only purchased two covers from them and have had to modify both of the covers to make them work, I'm not too impressed.

looks like you need extended rear brake lines.. that drop line looks tight as hell at full droop.

It's actually not that tight, you can grab it and move it back and forth still. I do have an extended line for it, but I've been waiting to put it on until I replace a leaky wheel cylinder so that I don't have to bleed the system twice.
