I just got my head back from the machine shop. This is going on a '88 turbocoupe block. I will be using the .60 A/R T3 from an XR4Ti. I'm getting rid of the E6 manifold in favor of a high mount stainless steel turbo tube header. I will also be installing a big front mount intercooler w/ 2.5" piping. I ported, polished, and knife edged the stock ranger intake. Engine management will be the LA3 with a large VAM and spliced in ranger DIS to run all 8 spark plugs. The engine will be going into my 1990 2.3 ranger.

Anyways, I had 1.89" intake and 1.59" stainless steel valves installed in the head along with hardened seats. He flowbenched it for me. My porting yeilded a 60% and 40% increase over stock for the intake and exhaust ports respectively. He ported both some more to yield a 65% increase over stock in both the intake and exhaust. The head was also magnifluxed - it checked out good. Here are some pics:

I can't wait to get this thing in the truck!

Nice work. I'm just starting my journey down the forced induction route and that just got me excited!
