The hubbies will look great when I get some road worthy pizza cutters.

That thing needs some factory Alcoa wheels from a 92 style f150

If you want really vintage I have a set of 16" steel wheels off a 49 F-1 lol

Are they still 5x5.5? I would actually be interested in bumping to 16's since truck tires are easy to find in the 16" flavor..

After neglecting the poor Ranja for a month I decided to give a few hours to it..

Swapped in my PSC resi

Dont mind the greasy, grimy, oily background...the boiling over, leaky, messy power steering saga has been taking its toll on the overall cleanliness of my engine bay.

Upgraded the suction hose to 3/4"..

Welded in a bigger bung.

Swapped all the barbs out for AN push lock fittings so I dont have to keep cutting the hose back every time I pull the resi

Notched the hood support rib to clear the cap so I could push the resi up an inch

Still making some cavitation noise, so I made up my own way to adjust the flow.

Picked up a 1" long 5/16-24 set screw and a nut with a built in sealing washer. Then I drilled out the Banjo bolt and tapped it. This way I can meter the flow down by closing off the holes with the set screw.

Necked the flow down a hair and it quieted down a bit. Still a little whine at higher RPMs.

Worlds slowest burnout..

I am kind of bummed that when I took the truck around the block I found that my radio took a poop. None of the buttons operate their proper functions and the screen says error..

And both money pits in one photo..

Digging the reservoir setup. When are we going to see more of that blower?

The boosted motor will be making some progress this spring/summer hopefully. The only bigger purchase I have that takes priority over the motor is a nicer trailer.

Plum, you need a banner that say "Power Steering Guru" on TRS. I am convinced that you know more about the matter than the engineers that designed it for the Ranger....
