I now have two spiraled rears and a bent/spiraled front.

Had a blast though. Got to play in some rocks, tight trails, and some hill climbs. Pretty nice park all around.

Picking up a pair of Kevlars this weekend for dirt cheap. Ill throw them on the rear and have 4 tires over 80% tread again.lol

Got the sending unit wires rerun for the gauges. Ran them way out of harms way this time.lol I was out of loom, so I used a piece of radiator overflow hose as loom for the two wires.

So I just need to get the wheel joints tacked back up and straighten out the rear shaft and Im ready to go.

My tire deal is going to shit....typical Craigslist deal. Supposed to pick them up yesterday, but he decided to stop responding to my calls and text.

Got a 98 short block off 1badexpo this past weekend as well as some extra valve covers, lower intake, and return less rail.

Tore it all down last night. The crank looks perfect and the cylinder walls still have hone marks, so Ill just hot tank it, hone it, paint it, throw in new standard size bearings, re-ring it, and put it together with the SOHC pan and ARP bolts and a new oil pump.

Still not sure what I will be doing for heads. I may just spend the coin on some Morana Stage 3s.

Valve covers will be stripped and powder coated maybe this weekend.

I like the return less fuel rail because it just has an unmachined pad where the oem supply line was on the older trucks. This means I can tap it out to whatever I need for an after market reg

Wheeled at SOR yesterday at Spring Roundup.

My first GoPro experience was a flop. I got a few worthless clips and then lost SD card with the few good videos on it....

Had a blast, but sustained a little damage..

On the way to the park my wires for my temp and pressure senders caught the steering shaft and got wrapped up. I had enough wire to get the temp rigged back up. With the cooling issues I was dealing with last week before I cleaned the rad and condenser I wanted to keep an eye on it. Never got over 195 even in 80+ degree heat.

Towards the end of the day we ran a few tight trails..My trail limo rubbed a tree or two

After a little body work with a dead blow and a volley ball.lol

Tweaked my pretty new rear shaft. Had a bit of a vibe over 55 mph.

All the tacks on my wheel joints cracked.

Tierod has a slight bend, but not bad.

Sliders. Good thing I built those sliders. They got a work out. I would say I landed on them every bit of 100 times.lol They have some burrs kicked up.
