No problem. I have a 1 pc shaft. I assume you do too.

Yup. reg cab long bed wheel base is 11" shorter than mine, but I removed 8" or so of shaft for the doubler, so i think i may be able yo use a reg cab long bed shaft for a spare.

I may even put a double card joint at the tcase end, which would add 3" or so and be perfect

I have a 4 door expo shaft, but i need to add a lot to it.

My rear drive shaft: 41" from the axle side yoke weld to the back of the double card joint. The double card joint is 5.5"

I think pulling you out on full tilt at the end of the day killed my alternator. It drove fine the whole way home with all electronics working, but I stopped at Subway in Toledo and when I came back out it wouldn't start. My roommate jumped me and it fired right up just like on the trail.

Few goodies I picked up for the SC build.

Swapped the 30 psi for a 20

NGK 8mm wires.

Also picked up an air box off a Lincoln that is setup like the 95 Ranger box, but has a bigger inlet and 90mm MAF.

Built a breather manifold for the rear axle and t case(s)

Bundy was fun...super muddy and sloppy. Took a bit of body damage, but no other breakage. Just full day of decent wheeling. Definitely got pretty wild towards the end of the day.

I need a Go Pro fo sho......and a winch.

Everything is soo muddy.lol

I picked up a winch mount off 5speedin2.3 as well.
