:icon_cheers:

I would like to take a more Andrew/Escort/Plum approach next time. Although beating the living crap out of mine sure is fun

In 2005, my buddy put a 2003 Chevy 5.3L in his CJ. Its backed with a SM435. Its a quick and slow rig at the same time. Its on Scout D44s and 35s. He recently bought 8 lugs for it. I am trying to get the aluminum bead locks off of him. Makes me want a V8 every time I am on the trail with him.
Edit: Picture is from Bad Lands Off Road Park in Attica Indiana

The TJ in the background has a 3.?L Cummins in it. The owner is a design engineer for Cummins. Its an awesome rig. Just heavy. It also had a radius arm front setup and rear leafs. Kinda funny.

Just realized they sent me the wrong boost gauge...

I ordered a 20 PSI, It would be sweet to need the extra 10 PSI range, but thats not going to happen with my budget.lol

Good thing Amazon is awesome about returns, just print the shipping label and they apply your refunded money directly to your current shopping cart so there is no waiting for the refund to show up.

Also pulled my problem OBA compressor apart the other day...looks like the armature bushing failed and then windings rubbed and broke and wound around the shaft. Hoping to pickup a new motor for it tonight so I can have both compressors running for Bundy on Sat.

The dually could use that 0-30 someday. But not anytime soon. Trying to see if I can live with it being stock or maybe a mild econ tune.

How many psi do you plan on running? 6-8psi?

We use Amazon for all our household needs. Diapers, baby formula, TP, dog food, paper towels... Its awesome

5-7 for now. I think I already have the smallest pulley, so I would either need a bigger crank pulley or upgrade to an M90 if I want more.

I think I will be happy with what I have for a while.

My Dads IDI came with a 30PSI boost gauge in it...lol. I don't think it has ever been into the double digits.

He has a turbo on his IDI? Thats awesome. Its it a 1994 or is it an older one with an aftermarket turbo?

I think 5-7 should be plenty

94 factory Turbo 7.3 IDI 5 speed

Even had all the cheesy Turbo badges on it.

I won't be ready until tomorrow

I was ready, but i decided to redo my t case and rear axle breathers. I had strawberry milk in the rear case again, apparently having the tube up by the fuel fill wasn't good enough.

Also. Adding a few gussets to my skid plate crossmember and maybe building a spare rear shaft
