I was warned by Adms08 Not to break it, I didn't break it, it crumbled. Slowly painfully, inch by inch, I'm discovering the flimsiest set up for a cable connector/equalizer is a freaking precise little piece of sheet metal origami. The left cable is a straight shot and set with a spring. The right is the problem. I suppose I need a new widget. Is this a common part? will one from any old Ford work? I tried to tension the cable by guess and begorrah, nothing positive so far. Any insight would be appreciated. TIA Merry Christmas tooo !
May I move this to brakes somehow?
