over 100K on engine-oil recommendations?

Ya know i've always ran fram filters because i thought they were pretty decent filters. but at the way you guys are talking, i'm gonna be switching over to motorcraft filters(as soon as i burn through the 3 napa golds i have right now). But my family has always used chevron oil, religiously! We use in my dad kenworth(had the cummins signature series motor), 97 ford escort(260,000+ still runs great! needs a new clutch though), 96 dodge cummins, 88 f-350 diesel, 07 camry(has like 80,000 miles already haha), and my truck since i bought it, only has a 162,000 miles on it. I'm figuring i can get another 150,000 out of it pretty easy. We were even running chevron diesel oil in the escort for the first 245,000 miles or so
