Ok, need MASTER level advice or VERY creative ideas.


Honestly I am not sure... I just went ahead and bought whole new hydraulic system, clutch kit, and fly wheel shim. And after a few pumps the clutch disengaged. So maybe the other new clutch or the many slaves I had were all bad. I don't know... I just know the truck shifts better and better everyday.
 
Well I'm glad to hear you're back on the road again. If you ever figure out just what it was let us know.
