So I Was Thinkin..
My Brother wants me to trade with him, hes got a 88 Ranger, 3in Body Lift, custom made push bar, standard, but its only 2WD, i think i want to trade, i could make it 4WD, howw hard do u think it would be?

Let Me know what you guys think im dealin with,

Do you have another daily driver? I would say put another clutch in it and keep going. Alot less work than the 4x4 swap. And if the ranger is a 2.3, you will have a very hard time finding a 4x4 tranny.
 
nope, that will be replacing my DD, and its a 2.9
 
I would go for it. The truck it self appears to be in alot better cond.

It is in better shape he done the body work, and I would like to have it for a rebuild, sure to find some things to screw with.. and the snow is gone around it now since we had a full 2 weeks of 7 degrees sun and rain,
But like I said, I think Im goin for it
