Would anyone happen to know what the oil pressure switch thread pitch is for a 2001 3.0? I'm looking into getting a tee fitting to hookup my aftermarket pressure & temperature sensors. The sandwich plate I've been using for only 2 years has been leaking for some time, and to be quite frank, I'm tired of dealing with it.

I'd be willing to bet 1/8NPT.

Could try going to a local parts store when they aren't busy. They are used to measuring things like that.

1/4"NPT. I installed an elbow in the block and ran a braided hose out to a tee on a bracket by my coil pack.

But the sensor has a straight thread with an O-ring on my 07 / 4.0 oil pressure switch. Installed a brass 1/4npt (thought it was an 1/8th npt) with plenty of teflon compound. No leaks in the last 6 months on my new set of gauges, but the general operation has failed due to poor china junk quality as the back lights, and the rare short circuit on their B+. Pure junk from ALI-TEMU.

My Motorcraft "sensor" (even the old one I removed) just had thread sealer and no O-ring. I did use teflon compound when I installed the fitting and my aftermarket sensors. I like the Glowshift gauges on Amazon; though a little pricey. Haven't had any issues in 2 years, except for the poor quality oil filter sandwich plate I was using prior.
