Ohio custom 4x4 shop

opps West of Cleveland. I work on the east side. Glad it's Friday!

I was in the same position as you a few years ago. I knew I wanted to lift my truck but didn't have the knowledge or all the tools to do a SAS. I considered the superlift, but didn't like it because it doesn't really offer that much more flex over the stock suspension. I came across a good set of axles for a SAS a few years ago and bought them. Ever since I have been collecting parts, knowledge and tools. I'm going to get all the parts, go though the axles and then do the SAS once I have everything. It will probably be another year or so until I have everything for it. Most of my extra money goes towards my truck and the SAS.

You should come to the TRS spring roundup on June 1st, should't be to far of a drive for you.

Where is the spring round up? Is there any legal place to wheel/ride quads in your area? We take our trucks and quads to Southington in Windham. Always looking for new places to wheel and ride.

No more quads/bikes? Crap I just looked at their calendar. I heard rumors about that, thought it wasn't going through. F me, that is a great place to ride. Now more reason to get a trail truck. They are closing all of our atv/bike places. Crow Canyon MX is members only now.

I went to Crow Canyon a few times but it's been awhile. Another place that's closer then Crow is Bear Creek, it's not as big and crazy as Crow but it's still a fun place and they have mx track and a huge hill climb. Bear Creek is about 30 min south of Canton.

Yup....I am just north of Mohican. Im tempted to say find an axle and bring me the truck.lol We could have you SASed in a weekend, but with all the projects I have going on I don't have the time.

I'd be down for a SASy party lol.

Crow was good but they never maintained the trails it was really rutted up. No fun a 450. Been to Bear lots of times. It's good for a quick ride. Elston Street was good but they closed that down years ago and sold it for logging, fracking or something.

I might make the June 1 round up but I might have family stuff that day.

Maybe next year. I probably won't be ready till fall anyways. Got the wedding later this year. Fiancé will be pissed if I drop money on my truck when we have wedding bills.

I need a bigger shop to work out of.lol That way I can fit all my projects and still have room to do side jobs for cash to fund my projects.lol

Well work on getting a bigger shop, lol. I need a place and someone who knows what they are doing lol. I'd love to SAS my truck but I'm thinking a trail beater might be the way to go who knows I'm sure I'll change my mind in a couple months.
