oh...my....god IM IN LOVE

Eww.That thing sucks down more fuel faster then a prostitute taking money off a street corner. Thats just nasty

What does diesel cost a gallon these days?

Cool truck tho, ugly yellow.....

if diesels are running properly they shouldn't be smoking like that ,they should just be showing heat vapors

i think diesel down heres like 4 bucks a gallon, how could u drive that

id drive it. probly get better mpg than my ranger right now, (18 at best). mostly the reason for the black smoke is its common to crank the fuel pumps for more hp.

i love deisels, i love rangers, that would be perfect for me.

Hate to tell you but the big diesels will not get you better mpg than your Ranger. Well, those really aren't the big diesels, they are a mid-sized diesel. That black smoke is just loads of raw, unburnt, wasted fuel. Idiots like that give diesel enthusiasts a bad rep.

I guess some people got more money than brains, (the tires! that paint!), bet his neighbors love him, but I guess somebody knew what they were doing to put that engine in... guy down the road from me put a 4bt in his '69 Chevy shortbed, pretty sweet. He said he would'nt wanna try it on my Ranger.

Too much smoke for me.

honestly that is a really nice truck but i doubt that guy would do any off roading in it cuz the paint jobs prob cost more then the truck itself but other then that its a kick ass truck i like the paint job and the desiel just and all around nice truck

well im glad some people like it. if i dropped at 4bt in my ranger n lifted it, id wheel the piss out of it.

If you want that kind of smoke you put a switch on the mass air sensor when you shut it off it just dumps fuel down the exhaust pipe. It sounds like a 12 valve though so it might not have one. But seriously if you ever took a cummins apart you wouldn't want one in your ranger. They weigh as much as another ranger sitting on the front of your truck. hell the wrist pin is like 1.75".

8 valve. It's a 4-banger.

No MAF, it's a mecanical pump. He turned up the pump. If he ever puts a real load on the engine he'll burn a hole right through a piston or two.

I take it back. Not even a mid-sized diesel. It's a BABY diesel.

I would be impressed if it was a straight 6 Cummins or a 7.3 Powerstroke. He's basically made it into all show, no go.
