OR....just get to searching for 98-02 Crown Victoria steel wheels....they are the same 16" wheels as what come as spares on Rangers equipped with the 16" spare. Junkyard hunt for P71 Vics. All of them had the 16" steelies.

That's what I was going to say. My previous '05 Sport Trac and '02 Ranger had Crown Vic Police rims on the spare. Trucks with 16" wheels and open rears tended to have (cheaper) 15" temporary spares since the diameter difference won't matter. Trucks with limited-slips had 16" wheels with the same tire as the other four.
