Odd noise

Could be, could also be the timing belt tensioning cam bolt has come loose on your 2.5, but his is a 4.0 so no timing belt tensioner troubles like the 2.5 and 2.3 are prone for. Could be the serp. tensioner or idler though.

Maybe he drove through some bulls*** and his tire's come unbalanced.
 
X2on the bull**** part! He thinks he knows everything! Has the guy checked his cooling fan a all! Mine did the same thing because the blade cracked and split.
 
What he is saying is that you should drive the truck for half an hour then open the radiator cap with your bare hands to release the pressure, make sure you get your face in there nice and close so you can be sure you don't grab the wrong thing. Once it's open take a thick pair of gloves, lay on them so you're comfy and give the lower rad hose a squeeze.


DISCLAIMER: I do not actually recommend doing this. It's a very bad idea. :icon_thumby:
