Nice job. Looks like it could have been a option done at the factory.

wow looks good. what does the extra battery help with? haha sorry for the stupid question..

going to be running a winch. Running batteries in parallel allows for more amperage, without changing the voltage (ie still have 12 volts)

ohhh ok that makes sense....haha anyways it looks good!

you might want a 130amp alt

I know of other people running this exact setup for years, WITHOUT any problems. That being said, the 95 amp unit will work fine for now, but yes will probably be changed out for a 130 amp unit at some point.

Thanks slo-vo :icon_thumby:

Its amazing how there is JUST enough room to squeeze everything in, and it all fits so perfectly. I built the entire tray out of one 3' piece of 3/16 1" angle.

Very clean install! Yes it does look like it could've left the factory that way. Nice Job!

Do you suppose it'd be posible to do this layout on a 1999? Provided one switched to your gen of washer tank, coolant reservoir, and intake tube of course. I know the throttle body is a slightly different angle but I know after replacing my airbox, there is a TON of room there. My only qualm would be access to the 4WD solenoid under that corner. What is supporting the battery on the passenger side? or is that the stock location of the battery in your truck? I can't recall... My friends and family with Rangers have 98's, I have a 99, and one of my friends had a 2000, and my other friend has an '06 4 popper.

thats awesome. i just posted a topic about it in the general discussoin last night. can you post a pic of the 1/0 welding cable?
