Nor Cal chat thread

It's killing me that I left before this thing went on the trailer for the first time. I spent three f-ing years on this thing.

It just went to Pacific fab last week to get the engine wired. I'll be headed down in a few weeks to go pick it up with him.

So since the big ranger just sits other than to go on firewood runs I'm working on the mini. I put a Lil 6 inch light bar in the grill. Might go to a 10-12 inch depending on how I like the little one. Seems bright in the driveway especially for spending 16 bucks on it through amazon. Even has a metal housing. Also got a set of electric exploder seats I'm gonna slap in it and I'm gonna have the tires mounted and balanced on the cobra wheels this weekend. Here's some pictures of my pile.

lookin good ben but i think you need one of these

what kind of paint did you use on the grill and bumper, ?
My 2000 is ALL red, I like red but, I really like the way your grill and bumper look, real clean...kinda tones down the plastic look..imo

Took the grill and bumper off and plasti dipped them. I should do the backs of the mirrors and some of the other trim so it all matches. Take your time and do it right. It will come out looking really good. I have a chrome grill and bumper I could put on but then I'd want chrome wheels.

Duuuude. That's boss. I wish I had more room in the grill. Definitely gonna go a little bigger and spot instead of flood. I think I could fit a 10-12 inch in there. (That's what she said).

Went to the Kingsburg 4wd club's annual snow run yesterday. Wasn't much snow so I never put it in 4wd but I did win the RTI ramp competition! Both forward and reverse! 86" up the ramp forward and 97" up it in reverse. All I won was a gift certificate to the local pizza place here in squaw but it was sweet to beat all the toyotas and jeeps
