OD light flash and codes after installing rebuilt transmission.

Hello I just recently installed a new rebuilt transmission the other day and driving today it's fine in town but on the highway I noticed my over drive off light was flashing, so I read the codes and I'm getting P0733 and P0735, I did notice on the high way it did rev up some while trying to get up to speed at 80 km (im Canadian), like it didn't want to shift, then after i let off the gas and did it again it shifted, fine while driving around town. Other then this it seems to shift smoothly for the most part.

I'm not necessarily sure why it would do that as again it's a newly rebuilt transmission from a transmission shop that specializes in ford mainly according to what I saw on their site, and ad.
Now a thing I saw said it could be solenoids, etc I was also wondering if speed sensor could be a issue.
I'm doing to go over it and see but wanted some input from other ford ranger guys.
my trucks a 2011 ranger, 4.0L v6 4x4 automatic

it's frustrating as it's been a few months with out my truck going, needing to rely on tides to work etc. And finally get my freedom back, only for it to have this, before my new transmission, my old one was essentially shot, hardly moved.

I know it sounds obvious, but check the fluid again. Check it fully warmed up and then check it right after you start it in the morning cold.

I just had a auto transmission rebuilt, everything was fine except I was getting a little surge when I was in overdrive and pulling a slight hill. I check the fluid and thought I had enough in it, it was showing on the dipstick. But it told the tale when I checked it cold in the morning, engine running, in park, expecting to see it at the cold mark, I wiped the dipstick off and had nothing. I was 2 quarts low. What a dummy. I put more oil in it and the problem went away.

I can see now the dipstick I was messing with had holes drilled in it. While it had fluid on it, the drilled holes were not full of fluid like they are now.

P.S. Make sure to erase the codes after you do something, to see if the come back.

Low fluid is my guess too but generally you also need to reset the computer as well when you install a new transmission to reset everything back to defaults. On my wife's 95 that was accomplished by leaving the battery disconnected while I was installing the transmission. I don't know if that's the case on newer vehicles. I had the transmission replaced with a reman in my old 2010 Chevy work truck and they had to reprogram something for it to shift into any gear.

Moving this to the transmission section…

Update: I had checked my fluids that evening, originally I put 10 quarts, but I saw online some take 10.4, but my owners manual said 10.3, so I topped it up, I probably put a bit too much but it's not over the hash marks.
The code for P0733 gear 3 ratio is not coming up now, but the P0735 gear 5 still does, I was doing some test drives after work and on one time I felt it go in I'm assuming 5th gear as it was going 75 -80 km, it was a bit rough and that's where the od light starts to flash, this time it did not come on, but of course I had to slow down for a stop sign, then when I went again got up to speed the od light started flashing.
I have been clearing codes each time I checked them, and as for the battery, we had the black disconnected while installing the transmission, I will try resetting the computer, just found a video on this and looks like it could be a possible fix.

My dad and I are hoping it's just something that will work it's self out, will try and see if there's anything else though.
Once the place I got my transmission is open (it's the weekend) I'm going to call them to let them know I got my core shipped and talk to them about my issue.
