Hi!
I'm Ali, and I am an addict.
I've wanted for a long time to get into the real business of modifying vehicles, and since I have started in on my car, I have felt the itch to start attacking my husband's '04 Ranger.
The Deceptiford is not stock, it's got a 2" body lift and aftermarket wheels. I'm pretty sure everything else is just boring from the factory. I want to make the most of this truck as it's just a beautiful machine, and she really is my hubby's baby, he just doesn't have the time to invest in the research and wrench time like I do. That and, well, he's just not as interested in the DIY part as he is the RESULTS. I'm a noob with tools and being under the hood, so any and all time I can get is time I want.
I'm not new to the car forum scene, and that's why I am seeking out a good place to call home for the Ranger. I am looking for inside information on what aftermarket parts work and don't, what little things we need to be looking out for, and also, WTH is that NOISE.. or whatever
I know more about cars than I do trucks, but I want to learn everything I can. I'll ask a lot of stupid questions, but the only way to learn is to ask.
Here's a pic, I'm going out to read...
