Hi all just figured I could say hi and tell ya bout my ranger I got the other day. Its an 87 ext cab 4x4 Eddie Bauer edition with a 2.9l and 5spd manual. Its got a list of new parts on it and new paint too. Also its only had 10k miles put on it since 09 and 177k all together. Its lifted 7" a 4" suspension lift and 3" body lift both of which appear to have been done by a shop and has brand new 33x12.5x15 cooper mud tires and offset aluminum wheels. It has a few things wrong though such as leaky valve cover gaskets, bad front ujoint, some non working gauges on the left cluster and lastly a tear in the drivers side seat in addition to having two separate mechanics look over the vehicle and those were the only problems. I picked it up for 2700 and with the help of a friend that knowledgeable on ford bronco 2 and rangers of that body style. Its almost overwhelming on all the wiring for someone like me who is has a 63 power wagon as his first vehicle and daily driver for two years. But since I'm not made of money or dinosaurs I got this and get a lot better gas mileage so I'm fairly happy with it.
