Hello everyone! Love the forum lots of good info! Im from northern mn and am starting up a new adventure in off road. Ive built street cars before now time to build a off road rig. Ive had newer rangers before and a b2 but like other cars went down the road and now im on the search for a ranger or b2. But im on to a good start and have a eb d44 and a explorer 8.8 as a starting point. when I get to the build ill post lots of pics. If theres anyone up in the are feel free to contact me!

That sounds great, man! Welcome to TRS!

I'd go with a '95-97 Ranger, but I'm very biased. Newer dashboard, most revised 4.0L OHV, TTB suspension (but it's very quirky), and parts are cheap. Now, with the older B2 and Rangers, parts are harder to find (IMO). Around Houston, anyways.

Id like the newer style as well but seems everyone around here thinks they have gold! some of the prices people are charging are crazy so its hard to find a cheap beater thats a good deal.
