never changed manual tranny oil, help

Mine's a Sta-Lube brand and is black color, but yeah, same thing.
One of the ones I have in one of those jugs is for outboard/ IO lower ends and it screws onto quart AND gallon jugs. Not sure if it's one from merc or what. The gear oil gallons here come with or without the pump then just keep re-using it forever till it breaks after awhile.
