Need info on a ranger im looking to do a 302 conversion

ok So im looking for a good platform to do a 2wd 302 ranger build, i have one prospect i need some info/opinions on, its a 1993 Splash 2wd reg cab short stepside bed its supossed to be lowered 4in in the front and 5in in the back, im wondering if i will run into clearance problems when i go to drop the 302 and C4 into it?

There's more then a few running that drop or more with a 5.0 conversion. You will be fine. The splash is a good start. Still has I beams but is easy to work with still. 98+ is even.easier to do a swap in.

Ok the 93 splash im looking at is not runing and the body is really strait so for 700 bucks i dont think i can go wrong, another question has anybody used the allstar performance conversion kit how satisfied are you with the radiator and headers?

Never heard of Allstate, but go to the tech library and look at the explorer 5.0 swap, its based off a 2k, but it basically the same as yours...
