Need experienced opinions...whats next?

Im new to the ranger forum world and im seeking advice on what i should do next with my truck. a little bit about it.... 99 xlt 4x4 flex on 22's. I cant remember what all small mods ive done but havent really done anything major to the truck. Not really into the performance aspect other than cai . Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Here are a few pics of it so far.....

change the oil regularly, look at re-gearing if you have not to match the 22s you are running. What the 3.0 has is wat it has, can make it pump more air then it is now so therefore your not going to go very far in the torque or HP with out serious internal work (port, polish, decking, overbore, and balance) lots of money small gain.

Possible having a one off turbo or supercharge fabbed.........$$$$$$$$$$$$
