Narrowed D60 front axle and Sterling 10.25 rear axle builds

Well....It drove out of the shop tonight under its own power. Has brakes now.

Things left on the list:

Rear shocks
Go over all bolts
replace rear shackle hangers
Install B2 rear gas tank
Rework trans crossmember to clear front shaft better

Might just get away with the stock tank for now....trying to get this done for next weekend for our big club wheeling/camping weekend. Drive shaft clears the tank without the skid plate on it....just not sure if I'm comfortable running without the skid on it....Might see if I can cut the skid down to clear....If not in goes the B2 tank in the back.

And the best part of getting it moving....can finally clean the shop out!

Looking good. I had about a half inch of dust on my shop floor when I finally rolled SVT out, felt good to get it out and do some cleaning. But that sparked cleaning and rearranging the entire shop :shok:

looks awesome. i cant wait to get my b2 out of the garage.

Looks awesome man. Oh, and when did you get a 6.4?

Well....put 20km's on the truck tonight. Drives nicer than it ever did with the TTB lift under it. And surprisingly enough the 40's run smoother than my 36's.

Truck feels stable and has less body roll now than it did before. I need to get it to work and get it on the alignment rack and get the toe squared away.

Needs rear shocks and a couple other odds and ends.

Feels good to drive it again.

Yeah, I can't wait to drive SVT again, its getting close

Got the wheel alignment taken care of today after work. My limit straps came in so I have to mount those up.

Love it.

Just add some mud

i wonder if my work will let me borrow the forklift to try that on my truck... somehow i doubt it...

Ive been tryin to figure out what that setup in the front is for a long time, Are they a type of variable shock that removes all need for coils/leafs??? whats the name of them?

Looks like a beast!!!! I like it!

Dugan, they're Air Shocks. There's a great little explaination of them in the tech library here.
