Yeah the easy way is way over rated. Why did you even use parts from ranger/ explorer doors? You should have started with bare sheet metal!

I am still puzzled as to why you didn't start with an explorer but I am definately in to watch it for the long hual. I admire your perserverence.

might be changing gears alittle i am going to look at some 99 f250 superduty rear doors to cut down. This would alow windows to roll down and childsafety locks ect will keep u all posted
