How wide is yours from sidewall to sidewall? I'm trying to get a reference point here... I'm on tons (69") and 8" rims with weld on beadlocks, and 15.50 tires.

with 12 in rims 6 in b.s. with 44 gumbos its like 10 inches wider then tall

its fat oozes about 3 inches over both rails on a regular car hauler...

Had buddy's 'hoe (that we're takin to moab on tuesday ) over for some sliders and crossmember fab and decided to use the help while I had it and see if my hood clears my tower brace, and it does....

Still working on the ranger, but here's what we were doing in Moab with the Tahoe.

Slowly but ever surely I'm making progress.... 3' forward...2' back, always tack, then check... then weld. Probably end cutting the inserts outta the links and shortening them up 1.5" to better center the tire, I have lotsa clearance out back and rub a lil up front.

The latest....

The plate thats bolted on will have the tubes for the X-members welded to it. Look's like the NWF BBi and Dana 20 Tcase is only 2" longer then the NP241 in there.... gonna save the pennies up to throw it in there before I build the Xmembers.

Engine is 90% wired, just adapting fuel lines then it can be fired.


Upper link mount on, passenger side subframe done.... lower front 5 holes for Xmember bracket (nuts wleded inside) as seen above, upper rear hole for traction bar shackle.
