My Build, All Parts And Prices ***2016 Updated*** still not done...

Still have to plate between the tubes and add the bushing'd tranny/tcase mounts but I should be able to pull the D20's cover off with it in the truck.

Any particular reason you used drag link rod ends for all connecting joints, including the tie rod to knuckle connections on your old D44 setup Wahlstrom?

Just wondering...

I only went with them at the beginning on a suggestion from the guy who machined my tierods, and while it worked it wasn't the best setup... I used matching ends so I could carry single spares, but looking back at it again I'd use all the short TRE's as I bent a few of the longer ones.

Finally, the front end is sitting on the ground!

lil too much pressure... started with 350psi.

With those shocks, you can combat the typical ranger lean.

looking real sharp Andrew. Once Brendan and I get our trucks pieced together, we should do a western Canada meet & beat.

Did that already, lol....

*** ya jumped me, got the truck leveled***

Ya, Get ryan to drag his truck down from BC too!

Sounds like fun!

Im thinking more like 2013, and then we can do this thing proper.

I got the front bumper off last night with the help of a buddy... damn thing was on there good! Look's like I'll be chopping the frame just behind the front body mount and building the new section up into the bumper, giving me a much better approach angle.

lookin' good so far:icon_thumby:

thinking of gettin' some Pit Bull's myself.....sometime next year....

maybe we should start a URA....Ultimate Ranger Adventure....say 1 week of wheelin a bunch of parks with RBV's....just a thought....

I'll be throwing some 6" flat top bedsides on the bedcage afterwards to keep it lookin like a truck, and keep it semi-street legal. They'll be removable for wheelin.
