My Bronco 2

I'm not worried about a thread jack! Lol think about who I am! Lol

Do the d35. I am willing to help. Then I'll know how to do mine when the time comes. And a v8 b2 is fun. Haha

hey look, its the guy from memphis! lol. the d35 is really straight forward, i've done one before on a b2. well, i'm gonna check pull a part, see if i can find a 4.10 d35 w/ manual hubs. if i can, i'm pulling the complete axle. if not-- then i'm gonna pull the axle from the donor explorer from pontotoc. i'll have to regear it, and get hubs for it

Haha..ya ya. I need to go there and get me one too.

there's a lot of explorer's out there. i just doubt theres a 4.10 w/ manual hubs... if that's the case i'll just build the one i have. i might go 4.56's or 4.88's anyways so... who knows

I thought they didn't put 4.10s in 35s until it went IFS.

Well....... Idk! Lol. I thought I saw one up there one time. I thought they did. Idk.. I'll have to look

Thats why I went 3.73s originally. And I got lucky it had manual hubs. They are pretty rare to find in the yard.

Just put manual hubs on it. Allan D seems to always be selling them for a good price.

well i'm gonna look, if not i'll try to find a 3.73 one (so i'll have some gears someone may wanna buy lol, help recoup costs of axle) or i'll just grab the 3.27 (wtf was ford thinking???? lol) and build it. that's probably gonna be my best bet if i can't find a 4.10 one. for my donor vehicle its complete minus the outer part of the hub that was stolen. it had the warn premiums on it to... "censored"... so idk if i can just get JY hubs and use them since it has the warn inner pieces to it, or something... idk. i'll have to look at it next time i'm in pontotoc.

if i have the money i'll just get the jeep hubs anyways. seems to be a nice kit.

keep on the look out for a used superrunner steering kit for me guys!

Well I just left the ford dealership again. It's so funny when I go bc salesmen don't even try to sale me anything. They just wanna talk about my bronco. It's great! Lol. I had to check on some parts. The driven and drive gear for the tcase and VSS.

Even if you dont find hubs, keep an eye out for the manual nuts so you wont have to buy them.

what nuts are you talking about? i've honestly never dealt w/ the manual hubs on the ttb stuff. i've always had auto crap...

These:

They are the same for D35 TTB, D44TTB and SA D44's

To get the on/off you will need one of these, any parts store will have one:
