I’m not sure yet. Most likely just a standard overhaul. But if budget allows. Maybe do some upgrades.

Maybe he could hook up the pedal as a shifter. Kinda like motorcycles. Shift with your left foot.

Decided to use the 351 for another project. Pulled out my 306 and decided to use that. Since I’m out of work. I gotta do things within a budget. So this gets the truck back on the road for the most reasonable cost.

Story time!
About a year ago. I was browsing on LETGO. I came across this engine. Guy said it was a 302. Didn’t know much about it. I offered him 100 for it. Came complete. With a fairly new jegs intake.

so since the 351 isn’t going to be done for a while. I figured I’d just use it and put the 351 in another project.

my engine builder came by to check the block out. He informed me it was a marine engine. And say some marks in a few of the cylinder walls. He pulled a piston. And found that. Blocks already punched 30 over. And it’s not the real desirable block. So best advice was to scrap it.
